Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not use the Service to:

• violate any law or regulation, or infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights;
• upload or process content you lack the right to submit, including another party's confidential or personal information without authorization;
• distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other tenants' data, or connected systems;
• circumvent, disable, or probe security, authentication, rate-limiting, or tenant-isolation controls;
• scrape or harvest data other than your own, or use automated means to overload or disrupt the Service;
• violate the terms of any third-party platform you connect (including AI assistants), or use the Service to exfiltrate data from services in breach of their terms;
• generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, harassing, deceptive, or abusive content, or content that exploits or endangers minors;
• resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.

2. Security Research

We welcome good-faith security research. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, contact legal@supamynd.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to remediate before any disclosure. Do not access data that is not yours, degrade the Service, or exfiltrate data.

3. Enforcement

We may remove content, throttle or suspend access, or terminate accounts for violations, and will cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate. We may act immediately where conduct poses risk to the Service or others.
